New Chief Engineer

I'd like to welcome Mauricio aboard the ship as Lieutenant Boris Kerlin, our new Chief Engineer. He'll be jumping into the posting after this mission, which I'm hoping to wrap up in the next 7 to 10 days, so make sure you get some posts in! Welcome aboard Mau!
