Tour & Regulations

I've finally finished updating the tour section of the site with images and a deck layout. (Disclaimer: I've submitted this deck layout and the MSD to Obsidian Fleet for review, if they reject it, we will go back to using the old deck layout.) Check them out and let me know if you have any suggestions for them.

Secondly, the In Character Regulations were cleaned up today and I'd like everyone to look at them and submit suggestions for more. These are regulations that character should follow in character and to me, seem like they would be reasonable considering the nature of the Prometheus mission and the secretive nature of its design and operation.
