More Crew

I can't believe I'm doing this for the third time this month. I'd like everyone to welcome Stan who will be our new Chief Tactical Officer, Ensign Alex Tor'El Alverez. Let's make him feel nice and welcome. I'll be posting him aboard in a little while as well as adding a little intrigue to the current situation.
