Congratulations

I'd like to announce that Richard has been accepted as one of Obsidian Fleet's newest COs and I'd like to be the first to offer my congratulations to him and wish him luck in his new role as the CO of the USS Paladin. Because of this, the character of Tom Kennedy will be leaving at the end of the mission and Richard will be starting a new character, our Chief Diplomatic Officer, Jacob Smith.
