New XO

As many of you have seen from the last few posts, the character of Tom Kennedy will be leaving the ship. I mentioned a few weeks ago that Richard had taken his own command, well, Kennedy is on his way to do that. Richard has started a new character, our new Chief Diplomatic Officer, Jacob Smith. He'll be coming aboard during shoreleave. While it's always sad to lose an officer, this is a great opportunity for Richard, so I can't say I blame him.

Now, onto some good news. For those of you curious from my last post, I've asked Jermaine, who plays Xavier Taylor, to step up as the new Executive Officer. He has a long history aboard the Nimitz and has been an anchor of this crew since I joined. It's with great pleasure that I officially announce Xavier Taylor as the Nimitz's new XO! Congrats to all!
